The hotel had a convenient location close to downtown Boca, Mizner Park, and the Boca Art Museum. The rooms were not clean and had a strong smell of mold and mildew, which was a big issue for me as I have allergies. The service was decent with friendly staff, though there were some cleanliness concerns with dirty clothes seen by the pool area. The dining options were minimal, and the orange juice tasted expired. However, despite these drawbacks, the location was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the strong cheap air freshener smell and black mold in the room, the staff was always understanding and made it a peaceful stay. The location was in a nice area with many stores nearby, but the dining left much to be desired. Overall, a middle-of-the-road experience in terms of value for money.
